Betreiber von AlphaVPS ist DA international group EOOD (ДА интернешънъл груп ЕООД), UIC 202826767, USt-ID BG202826767. Das amtliche bulgarische Register nennt am 15. September 2026 Alexander Asenov Barakov als Geschäftsführer und alleinigen Kapitalinhaber und belegt damit europäische Kontrolle. Der eingetragene Sitz ist Troyan; die Website nennt ein Betriebsbüro am 8 Asen Yordanov Blvd in Sofia. VIES bestätigt Firmenname und Adresse in Troyan. In den geprüften Bedingungen wurde keine ausdrückliche Rechtswahl oder Gerichtsstandsklausel gefunden.

Was das bedeutet

AlphaVPS gibt an, eigene Hardware und AS203380 zu betreiben, mit Einrichtungen in Sofia, Nürnberg, London und vier US-Städten. London liegt außerhalb der EU. Website und DNS nutzen Cloudflare; alphavps.com und dagroup.bg verwenden Google-Mail. Die Datenschutzerklärung nennt MaxMind, FraudRecord, Google Analytics, AdRoll/NextRoll, PayPal, Braintree und BitPay. Der AVV-Link muss angefordert werden; eine vollständige öffentliche Unterauftragsverarbeiterliste lag nicht vor. Backups erfolgen laut Bedingungen freiwillig. Diese erlauben auch manuelle Prüfungen/KYC und berechnen 3 Euro pro zusätzlichem TB, obwohl neueres Marketing keine Prüfwarteschlange und keine verbrauchsabhängigen Egress-Kosten verspricht. Erstattungen haben Ausnahmen; für Storage gilt bei der ersten Bestellung ein Zeitfenster von 24 Stunden.
